Fee scale
Fee scale applicable from 30 August 2026, displayed at the agency and on this website. All rates include VAT. No administration fee or additional charge is added to these amounts.
4% incl. VAT of the sale price, excluding fees. Fees paid by the seller, due on signature of the deed of sale. If there is a negotiation, the agency shares the effort made. Short mandate, fifteen days' exclusivity minimum.
3% incl. VAT, on top of the sale price including agency fees. Fees paid by the buyer. Registering a search on this website is free and incurs no fee: only the personal search assignment, covering the off-market beyond the agency's own properties, is paid.
10% of the commission received by the agency, paid to the introducer after the deed of sale is signed, upon presentation of an invoice issued by a registered business. No commission is paid to a private individual unable to issue an invoice.
